“PSYCH-K is a set of principles and processes designed to change subconscious beliefs that limit the expression of your full potential as a divine being having a human experience”
--Rob Williams, Originator of PSYCH-K®
PSYCH-K is a direct way to identify and change subconscious beliefs that perpetuate old habits and behaviors that you would like to change. It is a simple process that helps you communicate with your subconscious mind so you can change beliefs that limit your self-esteem, relationships, job performance and even your physical health!
PSYCH-K was originated in 1988 by Robert M. Williams, M.A. Like many effective innovations in the world, PSYCH-K was the result of a “series of intuitive leaps” generated by years of research and hundreds of session with individuals and groups. Rob has spent nearly 20 years developing and improving PSYCH-K. His background in business and psychotherapy creates a results-oriented approach to personal change.
You can apply PSYCH-K belief change processes to most challenges in your life. If you know what you want instead of what you have now, PSYCH-K can help you create that new reality.
Until 1997, Rob was the only person teaching PSYCH-K. Now there’s a growing number of hand picked Certified Instructors personally trained by Rob Williams or Larry Valmore, Certifying Agent for The PSYCH-K Centre International. In short, you’ll be hearing a lot more about PSYCH-K in the future!
The “K” in PSYCH-K stands for Kinesiology, also known as muscle testing. PSYCH-K uses muscle testing in three ways:
1) as an easy and effective method for detecting the presence or absence of stress (i.e., inner conflict) in the subconscious
2) to accurately identify subconscious truth
3) as a convenient “yes”/”no” communication system
A PSYCH-K Balance is a process designed to create balance communication with both hemispheres of the cerebral cortex. This “whole-brain” state is ideal for reprogramming the subconscious mind to change beliefs that get in your way to beliefs that make your life easier and more rewarding.
Your subconscious beliefs establish the limits of what you can achieve. If your life feels like a car being driven with one foot on the accelerator and one foot on the brake, chances are you have a conflict between your conscious goals and your subconscious beliefs. This kind of conflict shows up in relationships, job performance, self-esteem, athletics, weight loss, prosperity, even your physical health.
